The Startup Service

This option is perfect for the company that has just started hiring employees and wants to start off on the right foot (or get setup before new hires join the team!) We can help you create a framework of policies and procedures that will help your employees perform, and help you stay in-control and in-compliance, and arrange a consultation with a business attorney to make sure your business has been properly formed and licensed. Our main goal will be to give you the tools to continue to perform the aspects of your leadership role that you enjoy, while knowing that all of the nitty-gritty details are being taken care of by your own trained employees.

Intended for assisting in the initial startup of a new business, or for a company who is preparing to add employees for the first time, The Startup Service option provides:

  • Human Resources Handbook
  • HR Forms
  • 1 hour/month of HR and business consulting time. This includes coordinating with other service providers (legal counsel to identify proper business setup, CPA’s, etc.)
  • Setup QuickBooks – This includes payroll and direct deposit
  • Basic chart of accounts for Financial Statement, to include Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
  • Introductory bookkeeping instruction for new business owner
  • Legal Consultation and assessment of corporate structure and corporate documentation (Operating Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Stock Ledgers)
  • Legal Consultation and assessment of business agreements and contracts (Vendor and Customer Agreements, Commercial Lease Agreements)
  • Online Presence Strategy and Plan of Action (Website, Local Search Sites, Social Media)
